Trusty Friend AI is available on iOS and Android devices. We recommend using devices with iOS 14+ or Android 8.0+ for the best experience, especially for the Avatar Chat feature which requires more processing power.
Chat Features
Audio Chat allows you to have voice conversations with your AI companion. Simply tap the microphone icon, speak naturally, and Trusty Friend AI will respond with a human-like voice. This feature is perfect for hands-free interaction or when you prefer speaking over typing.
Unlike regular messaging apps, Trusty Friend AI's Text Chat uses advanced natural language processing to understand context, emotions, and provide meaningful responses. It remembers your previous conversations and preferences to create a personalized experience that improves over time.
Avatar Chat brings your conversations to life with a realistic 3D character that responds with facial expressions and gestures. This creates a more immersive and engaging experience. You can customize your avatar's appearance and personality traits to match your preferences.
Account & Privacy
To create an account, download the Trusty Friend AI app from the App Store or Google Play Store, open the app, and tap "Sign Up." You can register using your email address, Google account, or Apple ID. Follow the prompts to complete your profile setup.
Yes, your privacy is our priority. All conversations are encrypted and stored securely. We do not share your personal conversation data with third parties. You can delete your conversation history at any time from the settings menu. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Yes, you can use basic features in guest mode without creating an account. However, to save your conversation history, customize your experience, or access premium features, you'll need to create an account.
Troubleshooting
If you're experiencing performance issues, try these steps: 1) Close other apps running in the background, 2) Restart the app, 3) Check for app updates, 4) Ensure your device has sufficient storage space, 5) If using Avatar Chat, try switching to Text Chat which requires fewer resources.
For voice recognition to work properly: 1) Make sure you've granted microphone permissions to the app, 2) Check your internet connection as voice processing requires online connectivity, 3) Speak clearly and at a normal pace, 4) Try using the app in a quieter environment.
If you receive an inappropriate response, tap and hold on the message, then select "Report" from the menu. You can provide details about the issue, which helps us improve our AI. We take all reports seriously and continuously work to enhance the quality of interactions.
Subscription & Billing
We offer three subscription tiers: Basic (free), Premium ($4.99/month), and Ultimate ($9.99/month). Premium includes unlimited conversations and personalization options. Ultimate adds exclusive avatar options, priority support, and ad-free experience. Annual plans offer a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
To cancel your subscription: 1) Open the app and go to Settings, 2) Tap on "Subscription", 3) Select "Manage Subscription", 4) Follow the prompts to cancel. Alternatively, you can manage subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refund requests are handled according to the App Store or Google Play Store policies. Generally, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the app, contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase with details of the problem. Each case is reviewed individually.
